Unable to see photos

This is what I see most of the time when I'm viewing a post;

...

It is the same for either new or old posts, however everyone seems to be able to see the photos. Could it be from my computer ?

If this has been asked before can someone send me the link.

Here's a screenshot of @mongoose1983's thread to show how I see most of the posts. Looks like 7 members were able to see it though. Sometimes gray boxes, sometimes Vu59wf1jg.jpg...

Is there a way to fix this ?
