Fox resto handling question.

I have recently restored an old fox that was given to me. 

When I took it out for it's first run I noticed that when turning at speed it lifted a rear wheel in a sort of 'cocking its leg' type motion.

I've got the suspension set up as per the original manual. 

My question is, is this normal? And if not, does anyone know what might be wrong?

The fox works better with the optional front anti roll bar fitted

Front anti-Rolll bar or a stiffer spring on the front shock.  You need to stop the front from compressing so much that it lifts the rear tires.

I probably should be a bit more careful because it is an early model and very old. 

However, it is also now around 50% novafox so I reckon she can take it!

I was after a technical suggestion for this problem so I will definitely be trying a firmer spring up front. Ta

Try the suspension adjustments as above, but you'll maybe find it just rolls over 🤷‍♂️

It's trail and error, depending on the motor/esc/battery (2s/3s etc) and surface. Have fun!! 😁

I have my Fox's suspension set up to be as stiff as possible, tho I don't run a front sway bar. I've found that the Fox needs the rear to be able to "drift" just a bit to come around on tight turns, so having tires that will do so on the surface you're running on helps. 

Be sure your front arms, links, etc are dialed in. The thorpe turnbuckle links make this much easier to do. I prefer the Parma front adjustable arms with traxxas turnbuckles.

Thanks Mongoose! I will finally be able to shake it down this weekend. I'm hoping it runs as good as it looks.
