mindauxx 17 Posted August 1, 2019 Hello, Tamiyablog has released information about new upcoming Tamiya CC-02 chassis with Mercedes G500 body. What do you expect from the new chassis? :)
shenlonco 1156 Posted August 2, 2019 I am hoping for a over all lower gear ratio and more suspension travel.
87lc2 2666 Posted August 4, 2019 I'm shocked Tamiya has not made a proper crawler yet. Doesn't really have much to do with a CC02 release, but still can't believe it. The CR01 is great, but I'd love to see Tamiya's take on a classic crawler platform (SCX10/TRX/CMX, etc). 2
SteveUzi 2 Posted August 7, 2019 I hear ya... I have an old school TXT-1 I converted into a crawler.. it does real well but far from scale...
danb1974 93 Posted August 9, 2019 Expect... well, a lot :) decent steering angle out of the box, not purchasing expensive Tamiya cvd set redesign of the steering mechanism, get rid of the horrible plastic pass-though thing and wire links less flex in rear links standard battery size compartment bearings Though I'm not really optimistic (see TT-02 vs TT-01)
