Which RPM Ball-cups for Avante?

Recommended Posts

Looks like the manual calls out 5mm balls for the steering and braces - RPM ball cups are for 4.3 or 4.8mm balls..  I want to get some heavy duty ball cups - what do you folks use?

I'm not sure, but I've been running my Rere Egress as is and the ballcups have stayed nice and firm with zero slop.

I'm just one of those guys - can't leave well enough alone I suppose!  I've always used RPM on my Nitro cars in the past, so that was my first thought.

Ha, no understand that, but where would you even use those on an Avante?

Mainly the front and rear damper stay braces - but also the steering linkages.

Think I've got it sorted though - Going to go with a 2011 rear damper stay, which wont require the brace... and possibly an Egress front with hi-cap dampers.
