ACCEL 2014 Posted August 22, 2021 does this count?, my JukeBox, it's static for an HO restaurant... just created it the other day
alvinlwh 5895 Posted September 14, 2021 My first attempt at doing a sea diorama using Poundland 2 part. 1/700 Jap sub-chaser under attack from a B25. Tamiya of course! 😁 1/700 Water Line Series U.S. Submarine Gato Class (not used) & Japanese Submarine Chaser No.13 Item No: 31903
alvinlwh 5895 Posted September 14, 2021 Tamiya 24186 Porsche 911 GT1 1/24 Now this model reminded me that I MUST buy the TA03R-S Kit, no question about it. I actually was going to start another thread asking about my next road car but since I already got this in 1/24, that question is settled. Once I finished the Thunder Dragon, the order will be placed. Thing is I really enjoyed the decaling on this kit, unlike the stickering on 1/10 RC.

Willy iine 18805 Posted September 18, 2021 I made these over 20 yrs ago. Sorry about the reflection and off white balance. I wonder if I can get decals for this F1 car.. the paint has discolored over time and needs to be repainted..
alvinlwh 5895 Posted October 22, 2021 Two wheels for a change. Tamiya 1/12 Yamaha SRX-6 Sorry about the poor background, this was one of my earlier photos without a background.
OoALEJOoO 3127 Posted October 22, 2021 @alvinlwh Great shots of that Yamaha! I'm waiting for somebody to release a Honda CB400 SF, fairly modern version, to build my first scale bike. This is my primary mode of transportation right now and would like to have a 1/12 replica on a shelf! Before getting hooked with RC cars, a lot of time was spent on 1/24 and 1/25 scale car models 3

Cannot complete as after many house move, I can't find the seat! I also have an unbuilt kit of the same bike, police version in the loft. I too used to ride a SF.
alvinlwh 5895 Posted October 23, 2021 Get your sunglasses ready! Fujimi Chara de Car-ru "W.L.O. Sekai Renai Kiko" 1/24 Toyota Soarer 4.0GT for the girl. These pictures were taken when completed and had the right mirror missing. That had since been found. Fujimi decals sucks BTW, thick and sticks like cardboard and does not respond to decal solutions. It is this pink car that inspired me to do her SU-01 Aero Avante in pink as well.
alvinlwh 5895 Posted October 27, 2021 Revell 1/48 F-104G Starfighter "Tiger Meet" Crappy old kit that was an Monogram 1978 kit, even got the original molding marks that was taking up room in storage so built it to clear it out when "working" from home last year.
markbt73 5316 Posted November 7, 2021 My latest creation, still in need of a little touch-up: a re-re Hawk Weird-Ohs "Daddy," with a little tribute to one of my all-time favorite bands...

If you want a close representation of your bike, keep an eye out for this to be released. https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/m/10820380 https://www.plazajapan.com/4905083063842/ It is probably not what you have (what is it? VTEC 5 now?), but that is probably the only one available. My was a FP plate Ver. S, so I got this kit. https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/m/10090498

OoALEJOoO 3127 Posted November 10, 2021 That Subaru looks great! I really wish Hasegawa would release their girl figures that are only bundled on cars, as stand alone, specially the ones that have neat clothes from the era (60's, 70's). I have too many cars but not enough girls to accompany them 2 hours ago, alvinlwh said: It is probably not what you have (what is it? VTEC 5 now?), but that is probably the only one available. My was a FP plate Ver. S, so I got this kit. Thanks for the links. I've got a VTEC Revo, which I guess it would make it the VTEC Spec 4 since it came out after 3, although it's officially a "Revo". It has several differences from the currently available earlier models. It's a very popular bike so I'm holding off in anticipation the exact kit would be released at some point. All the other projects I have in line will probably keep me busy for decades!

Hasegawa do release some figures. http://www.hasegawa-model.co.jp/product_g/fc01/ http://www.hasegawa-model.co.jp/product_g/fc02/ http://www.hasegawa-model.co.jp/product_g/fc04/ http://www.hasegawa-model.co.jp/product_g/fc06/ http://www.hasegawa-model.co.jp/product_g/fc07/ http://www.hasegawa-model.co.jp/product_g/fc08/ http://www.hasegawa-model.co.jp/product_g/fc10/ When I left SG, VTEC 2 just came out, so you can imagine how long ago was that! I guess the main visual difference between the two will be the side panel where the air filter hides.

Well strangely enough even though I have been making models for over 50 years I have rarely built a Spitfire.?I do have a couple of late mk19 and 22 in 1:72 scale but they’re in a box somewhere. Those pics are 1:48 my now old age preferred scale!!! I do have a mk5 half made in my to do pile along with a mosquito. I love spitfires and have and do spend happy hours at Duxford looking at 1:1 versions. In truth I should have said American fighters. If we’re doing British then Spitfire, Hurricane, Typhoon/Tempest and I would include the Mosquito ( it was faster than the Spitfire and everything else in fact when introduced). I actually have 1/48 versions of each of these either in boxes or part built.

As you may remember, I was at Hendon recently and saw a 32 (!) scale Lancaster. Will love to build that, but will have nowhere to put it.
