Just how big is the clod?

Can you post pictures of how big a (stock) clodbuster is next to a reconizable object (or a lunchbox or monster beetle) thanks!

The Clod is big enough to alter the rotation of the earth depending on the direction its pointed in when you nail the throttle. 

Seriously, its about as wide as the Frog or Grasshopper is long. The original Tamiya promo video can be found on Youtube. Somewhere in the first half, it shows the Clod rolling along the beach with the Lunch Box. The size difference is pretty impressive.

Lunchy has 110 mm tall tires. Clods are 165mm for scale.

Those Jumob Kongs are massive!   Funny thing is, your fist Clod always seems huuuge.  Once you aquire more and more of them they dont seem so big so you strive to make them even bigger

The lunchbox is tiny compared to the clod.

You know, when the clodbuster accelerates, it's not moving forward, it's actually pushing the world backwards.

Alright, here's the weirdest set of pics of my Clod I've ever taken.

From top to bottom: A Clod, a standard Tamiya screwdriver (L), the TT01DRE, and a 7.2 NiMH stick pack. I figured those are probably the easiest things to convey scale.

As you can see, the ground clearance under the gearboxes is about 1/2 that of the overall height of the TT. The tires, meanwhile, are taller than a stickpack, but slightly shorter than the screwdriver.

The overall width of the Clod is a little less than the length of the TT. The trackwidth is about the same as the wheelbase of a touring car.

I did used to have a picture of the clod and outcast together but I must have deleted all the outcast ones to erase my memory of the terrible time I had with an outcast. 

So here's some with a normal 1/12 lunchbox, and the mighty Terra Crusher.

Which somehow weighs 2x the clodbuster. ( Which equates to 3 planets)

As it's your thread, and your question, I'll try and find a few videos of the arrma, post them in the YouTube thread, or maybe even in here as I won't be offending the original thread starter.

Yes the outcast is fast, but if it breaks every time you run it, it's no fun. The clod will last forever.

And also if the outcast looks a bit bigger in the picture, it's a camera trick.

The camera adds 10pounds, to the arrma, that's probably another motor and battery,

You can't add to the infinite weight of the clod, so it doesn't show up on the camera.

And anyway, you can't compare a modern buggy on steroids, to the Daddy of the solid axle.
