Help to Identify This Body! Saab?????

My friend is trying to identify this body so he can put it on eBay. He thinks its a Saab 900 Turbo but has no ideas about the manufacturer, date, scale or anything else. Any info greatly appreciated.

I would say it's a Saab 99 and my first though was Kamtec as manufacturer. But it's just a guess and someone else will probably know.

I would agree its a Saab 900 and is possibly a Kamtec body if based in UK?

The manufacturer of the original body was Cambria. The pictured body seems to be an original, but can of course possibly be a copy too.

The 1/12 Cambria Saab is cool for being FWD, but the 1/12 Minicars Saab Turbo looked better:

Early eighties. Probably available around 1981-1982. 1/12 FWD had a little success at that time, but was soon gone again, not the least because of the release of the Associated RC12i.
