M1a2 Abrams full option kit

I recently completed the Tamiya M1a2 Abrams and in my test run the tank didn’t turn . Went in a straight line fine . Any ideas of what the cause may be ?

Onece I had the same problem with a Leopard 2. The sound worked but it did't turn. I figured out that the plug which connected the motor and mfc was very loose. It was connected but had to push it more togeather.
