Tamiya ESC

Would anyone know if the ESC that come packaged with the re re handle 2c Li Po batteries? Also what is the motor limit?

You can use lipos with a Tble-02 (what comes with most tamiya kits) but it has no voltage cut off for Lipo cells. You'll need to use a lipo alarm (£3 or so) which clips into the balance lead of the battery and will sound off when you're reaching the lower limit.

The turn limit for brushed is 25t and up, 10.5t for brushless.

I just installed TBLE-02  ESC and had the same question too.

Brushed 25T and up, brushless 10.5T

*Lipo cutoff is needed and I wonder if it can handle 3S😁

How about the TEU 104 esc?

25t limit still. No brushless capability.  Has Lithium Ion cut off but not LiPo (different cell voltages) So you'd still want a lipo alarm.
