Bigger sizes are better value but I would order 1 litre at a time unless you plan to go crazy and get another nitro!

thanks for all the info 

ordered some parts from modelsport inc starter set, fuel, after run and an in line fuel filter 

glow plug and washers to be ordered on eBay

Almost done

drive gear / brake system reinstalled along with rear support 

 

Steering system is pretty cool - bearing makes it all nice and smooth

 

And servo deck also fitted with wires rerouted plus throttle and brake levers set up 

 

Exhaust reinstalled and spring retainer refitted 

looking good

just the fuel system left to fit and I’ll wait until my inline filter arrives 

all parts waiting

Few more bits arrived today but not quick enough haha 

 

front bumper, 1 set of tyres and air filters and oil 

 

it’s gonna look great when done - could do with a rear wing but what I think I’ll do is create a piece the same size as the broken piece and make a repair 

anyone know the paint colour?

Replaced front O-ring (not sure on its purpose)

 

and my full set of new tyres arrived but....

 

luckily I’d already ordered the wheel nut remover last week

but as they are superglued on ive put them in some Hot soapy water to try and soften it

Nice work on the restoration. I do have one question; how have you installed the receiver and receiver battery pack? I’ve not long acquired a brand new one of these Nitro Thunder’s and am in the process of fitting new radio gear and servos, but can’t for the life of me seem to get the battery pack and receiver to fit in the box with the servo cables (even though it’s a small receiver and battery pack). With it never having had radio gear in it before I can’t seem to work out how to get it all to fit.

Hi guys, Newbie here on this forum.

I have 4 Ndf01's been some time since i've used them, 2 nitros and 2 thunders. i love playing with these nitros and don't really want to get rid of them but

with a new job and very little time im thinking of selling my cars with brand new motor and new set of tyres some tools and stuff too.

where would i find the appropriate place to do so?
