Absolute disaster!

Recommended Posts

I am midway through a change round in my hobby room and collection area, and while i am moving things, some of the models have been put on the floor. One such model is my original early sand scorcher. Once i had a space for it i went to pick it up, but being an idiot, i picked it up by the front bumper which promtly snapped off! I cant believe i just snapped a rare original black bumper.

Slightly gutted as it was the only one i had that had not been damaged or repaired already.

Lets hope the day gets better...spacer.png

Probably not what you want to hear.

But it does look slightly better without a bumper

I remember doing that to my grey type sand scorcher bumper I was not to chuffed either but they are very easy to break even the re release ones  but it is a natural reaction to pick them up with the bumpers especially if you are rushing.

If you can do it in distilled water. That’s the only bit I have changed since.
