lunchbox wheel adaptors

where can i get my hands on some adaptors so i can stick some aftermarket wheels with hex fittings on them as i have seen some very nice wheels in my lhs but until i can do the convertion i can't buy them.

any help please

people are working on them at the moment there longer than the ww2 ones and these ones are being made from alluminium so should last for ever

German ebay they tend to pop up, alloys that is,

have used them on this one, with wild willy II wheels (hex)

you could use the HPI adapters http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXN057&P=7 Oldfrogshot made some really nice aluminum adapters so you might contact him to see if he has anymore left

the adaptors from tower look like the same that come in the bag of hpi wheels i want to put on my lunch box so i wont need to buy them seperatly but thanks all the same.

Bob Price (Model Build) has some on order to try out - he''l let me know if they work (I'm waiting to fit WW2 wheels to a Pumpkin myself) and as soon as I know I'll post pics here. Cheers, Buzz.
