CR-01 wheels are generally ~120mm, while the G601 (at least the lunchbox variants) are closer to 110mm. AFAIK is limits rear steering but is otherwise doable. Here is a video with CR-01 size tires:

I was just literally watching this a few moments ago! Thank you! The producer of that video posted the place where he got his tires... Thanks!

I think the black ones have more off set so will clear the uprights if you use slightly larger spacers. I have a set for sale if you need 2 more to make the set.

I would love it but shipping across the pond will be cost inefficient

Cr-01 tires are closer to 135 mm OD.

From memory the stock truck used 110 OD tires.

Rear steer will be limited and/or unusable with too much tire. I think I cover this in one of my vids with my dynahead.

I ended up using 1.9 Hummer/unimog wheels.

Wait... sorry but I'm a bit confused...

the sizes that were given corresponds to what?

So the CR01 Wheels I got will fit a 1.9 inches (inner diameter tires)? The 110mm (or about 4.3 inches) tire refers to the overall diameter that would fit a 1.9 wheels? Am I understanding it correctly?

So practically, as long the tire hole is 1.9 inches, it should fit the wheel I have but the problem lies on the overall diameter of the tires due to steering clearance concern.

I just measured the wheels and I found that the outer diameter is actually 2.75 inches???

@burakol1.9 inches is the size of me and Bus's rim/wheel on the inner bead where the tire would seat.

The tires are made to fit  a 1.9" wheel. The outside diameter or OD is about 110 mm for each of us. If you check the other G601 trucks you will see that they come with 110mm tires from the Lunchbox. Sorry for the mixing of units between imperial and SI but that's just how it seems to be done. I assume because in scale a 1.9" wheel is 19" , likewise m-chassis cars use a 1.5" wheel which is a scale 15" and so on.

The 2.2s tires from the CR01 usually start around 130 mm. I'm using Blackfoot tires on mine which come out to 135mm OD for intance.

Also, you should be measuring the inside of the bead where the tire would seat.

@Busdriver truck looks great.

I actually have the GF01 LC which has the same tire/wheel setup as the Dynahead.

My thing is, since I got this CR01 wheel for free, I thought I could make use of it, and to be honest, the stock Dynahead tires are not designed to be trail/crawl duty... with that being said, I think this CR01 wheel uses a 2.2 tire. I understand the rubbing issue but I may be able to alleviate that through my receiver should I use the 4ws.

The Dynahead wheels are the same as the GF01. They are 2.9 inch rims but still only 110mm OD. Again sorry for mixed units. Very low profile. They are as you say not brilliant for crawling etc though on the Dynahead they work ok. 50% bigger footprint with 6 wheels

Thanks... I finally figure it out... dumb of me... since it is a beadlock weel, the tire will be mounted slightly differently... the wheel itself will be inside the tire so the tire hole (inside diameter) will be less than the diameter of the wheel... so next question is, will I be able to stretch a 1.9mm tire to fit the wheel?
