JET HOPPER???

Recommended Posts

A fella called Nigel just e-mailed me with some great pictures of the Jet Hopper 2 ;-

That will be me.

Glad the pictures were of interest.

I've since moved on to DF03, Dark Impact, and have built two for my sons, who still want more speed.

I enjoy the build, and have now started a F350.

So does anyone have pictures of their Jet Hopper?

I remember the tough little Jet Hopper here in Australia.

There is another buggy that was a Toy but a very good one was the Bison F10.

Man this thing was dam quick. It was like a Hornet with a 540 motor. It was a RTR toy grade but i always thought it was a very good performer.

Don;t know much about it.

In for pics!!!

The Jet Hopper started me off on my RC voyage 25 odd years ago half way around the globe in Brisbane. For some reason I thought my parents bought it at Dick Smith Electronics, but now I have a recollection that it was Tandy and that they were bought out by Dick Smith years later.

Anyway, numerous RC Cars, Helis, Planes, Jets, quad copters, and now back to cars again.... and my wife still cant figure out why I am hopelessly addicted to RC. The Jet Hopper started it all!!!

I will email my mum and see if she has any photos of me with my Jet Hopper as it was my whole life at the time.
