You know that's not how Tamiya Club works.  TC motto is "when in doubt, buy both."  

Dynahead is on my list too. I've got the bearings (including those tiny 360 bearings).  But that didn't stop me from getting a CC01.  

I'm sure most of us know that CC01 needs spacers in the rear axle. 

In case there are lurkers who don't...

If you don't put bushings/washers to stop it from moving side to side, these gears get chewed up.

Thanks for bringing that up. Will the metal bushing that came in the kit suffice? I will be using ball bearings and I do have a lot of those metal bushings from prior builds in a box that I can use...

Yes, you can use the leftover bushings.   

In my case, I used two 850 bushings and some shims.   

You could see how the teeth started to get damaged (I installed the bushings later).  It's better to do this from the start, because "doing it later" would result in damages like this.

That mod is a must for any stock CC-01 rear diff casing. Not sure if the same applies with the aluminum case by either GPM or Xtraspeed or they fixed this issue.
