From the wheel design and gearbox colour and other bits I can see, I’d say it’s a Tamiya TA02 Racing Special Chassis Kit (58157) with some additional hop up parts beyond those in the kit, including 53166 FPR Chassis conversion, 53193 &4 front and rear FRP damper stays, 53155 Alu shocks, and some hop up wheel nuts.  Oh and just noticed 53192 turnbuckle upper arms and 53191 turnbuckles for the steering. The blue and purple parts (not the pink dampers) will be aftermarket hop ups from other manufacturers, though when it comes to the long blue part behind the front gearbox, no idea and never seen anything built on a TA02 like that before - looks like a bit of DIY modification using parts from the spares box!

I think @futureworks is correct, black gearcases point to that plus the wheels although could have built using manta ray gearcases.

Long blue thingy is definitely after market, type of racing brace like offered as a hop up for the TA04 and similar. It stop for and aft movement when using adjustable upper camber links!!! 🤔 hang on this topic seems familiar 🤨?

Perhaps that was an aftermarket hop up from back in the day.  There's a photo about 1/2 way down the page linked below. Agreed it's not a Tamiya part?
