Bandito's are a dime a dozen, it's the ultra rare Futaba FX-10 is what you crave.[;)]

H,

I'll see what I can do.

I also agree with your assertion about the headlights....I love a good set, of headligts of course! Particularly when the're on high-beam...LOL.

Seriously though, I think they add a little bit of extra realism to the buggies and improve their looks enormously. Why don't they include spotlights anymore?

Cheers,

Drew.

I have a couple of rare machines

I have a Kyosho ARC buggy 1/6th scale which is complete with original engine and bodyshell, I have converted the wheels over to FG to protect the original shafts, wheels and tyres, unfortunately I have to make a new radio deck as the new servos will not ffit in he original holes but this will be fabricated rather than modifying the original.

I also have a black bumper sand scorcher NIB orignal from around 1979, the box is a little faded but what do you expect??

I have a plethera of stuff from that era and I am slowly working my way through it, My collection of Kyosho buggy spares fills 2 crates and most of this is from the 80's, I just need to know what fits what!!

I just finished a Turbo Scorpion resto (well apart from the "special driver" I added.

Almost impossible to follow Kyosho box art for the scorpion and the tomahawk as Kyosho never included all the stickers needed and I had to use quite a bit of line tape to get close.

In regards to rareity I have never seen the box art wheels in white. It seemed like every Turbo Scorpion I have ever seen had the 5 spoke white wheels NOT the white version of the tomahawk wheels. Solution, strip the chrome and paint them white.[;)] If anyone had a set of these with the correct stickers that would truely be rare (maybe Japanese only version?)
