I built this W/O a few months ago and it is a great runner - mostly vintage with some re-re parts . I got this used body set from Junkmunki- thanks J. and set about repainting the driver - so here he is

Both, driver and buggy look super nice. I love the detail you achieved on that lexan driver's body Kev.

Thanks guys.  Yes the roof is partly clear as I started to remove the paint as a test . I do have a black sprayed aluminium roof which I might use .

Well, I thought, "why didn't I think of a sunroof!"

Be my guest . Done properly it would look fine . When I got the roof panel it had black tape stuck over the 'clear' parts on the outside for some reason , so the clear panels weren't painted underneath but just a bit rough where the red was painted around the panels . I started to remove the red paint to see if it would remove easily and this was the result .
