Kumamoto prefecture struck by nature's rage again. Kumamon to the rescue?

I have no idea how severe it is this time, but from what I can understand, the Kumamoto prefecture has just been hit again. As last time, I reckon Kumamon and possibly Tamiya will be part of the relief:
