cliffw0970 49 Posted July 6, 2020 Sorted it, please igonre! Morning all, I am restoring a vintage Grasshopper II. After cleaning the elecrtrics, I put them back together and forward /reverse now seems to control the steering. The steering controls the steering also, just nothing to the motor. Have I reset the ESC by removing the wires? I can't see any obvious buttons to program it. Its an AR-227FE. The resistor got very hot and started smoking before I realised. Seems to be fine and no damage done, luckily! Really bizzare as ive changed nothing, just put it all back together as it came out! Thanks for any help.......
