Wild Willy M38 LWB

I have restored a LWB Wild Willy M38.

A fun restoration but it was a pain to find the needed parts. 

The Wheels where too far gone and rotted so i got some 3d printed ones from Shapeways 

The tyres are Gmade MT1902 1.9

The hardtop are found also on Shapeways and its a direct fit (search for Tamiya Wild Willy M38)

Running a LRP ESC with the stock motor.

Thank you 😊 now that its done its going to make room for a Kyosho Turbo Scorpion or Schumacher Top Cat 😉

Your willy looks great(did I just say that?). I just started a rebuild myself (posted pictures on Facebook Wild Willy page) Mine was missing the windshield brackets I have some on order from  Shapeways I saw the top and really like it may have to get one.  I painted mine OD green but after seeing your I might pick another color. Would like to some parts they spacers for the motor were missing and they right motor mount was hacked up really bad. Is Shapeway the only place you found for parts?
