That's a seriously good looking body. Not that the Lancia was that much less good looking,  but it must be nice to have the opportunity to switch between two nice rally classics on that competent chassis.

PS: Which tyres are you on?

The wheels and tires set is from MST. 😊

@Nicadraus when I look for upgrades, I always check your build. It is awesome!

I have two questions:

1. Do you remember if bearing was loose on aluminium diff cover? It sits really tight on plastic part, but is absulately loose on aluminium cover in my car.

2. Hard  Rod End, rear, left/ belt side. Don't you have issue, that it rubs and binds agains belt cover?

Hey buddy!

1. The bearing should sit in perfect fit. There should be no loose fit even at minimum.

2. No rubbing on the belt cover too for my kit. Can you send/post pictures of the rubbing?

Thank you!

1. At the end, I used 0.4 mm 10 mm shims to remove slope on rear diff, because it started to rub against gearbox. Front is fine without any changes, rear was much worse.

Play is maybe too strong word. They fit precisely, but there is no force needed to put them on place. It is totally different than with plastic part.

2. I will try once again today. Maybe I did something wrong year ago? If not, I will post picture.

@Nicadraus

This is the place I wrote about.

There is a minimal space between adjuster and belt cover.

Standard adjuster is much smaller than open reinforced. Photo does not show this clearly, but difference is quite big.

Do not you have problem that adjuster touches belt cover and creates a lot of friction?

I have no issues with rubbing or touching the belt cover. Here are some pics I took today.

There is a 0.3mm space in between the belt cover and the open face adjuster. No rubbing or friction issues.

However, if yours are touching, you can shave off about 1mm from the belt cover of yours to avoid the rubbing. That should solve the issue.

Thank you! At the end I added 2 mm spacer below connector and everything is totally fine. I do not expect that 1 mm of difference ( previously I had 1 mm spacer) will make any difference for me.
