Clod Chassis Question - the holes

What are these holes for? Any purpose?

Cable ties for the motor wires.

They're the wrong side for motor wires, which the manual suggests should be cabletied to the suspension arms

 

They're on the same side as the anti-rotation brackets, so might've been an early option for an anchor point although they're not drawn as holes is the original Clod's manual

I was looking over the manual hoping I had missed something.

Interesting thought on the possible mount for the anti-rotation brackets.   Thanks!
