This truck was a labor of love. I hand built the entire body and put it on a shortened Clod. By far this is the most realistic body I have ever done. As soon as I finished it I got a crazy offer for it so it no resides in a glass case.

There is a company near me that can vacuum chrome plastics such as styrene. It cost around $120.00 usd to do the bumpers and roll bar.

@Vanspeed how did you go about shortening the clod chassis? I've only ever seen the racers extend them (often somewhat comically). Your's looks great.

I shorten the trailing arms, in a spot where I then fill them back up with styrene blanks I CNC’d then solvent weld them in. I have some spares I will post a pic. By shortening them you can run a Blackfoot body like I did on Jeff Dane’s awesome Kong. The orange one in this pic. It stands up too. I bash the crap out of it.

This build is amazing . I was not familiar with the 1:1 Outlaw 35 truck before your post.

Great job on the build and thank you for exposing me to. Classic Stage 1 classic monster I did.not know about previously.
