@Pylon80 that's important part I forgot to mention - DCJ became a thing because of combination of high grip carpet and spool, where vibrations can be quite significant issue. Meanwhile I run 54° drift CVDs on my rally car (we have very tight tracks here) and I haven't had any issues.

got the Tamiya double cardan set, will install it soon. it hope it  does the job, because they are freakang expensive for an axle set.

installed the double cardans and tested it. looks like it works :)  i adjusted the R/L end points but then noticed it steers much sharper to one side than the other. hmm.. thats something to look at later.
