What on earth are all these?

Recommended Posts

Got a large job lot of Tamiya and RC parts in from Japan and have been sorting them into chassis types. Not sure on all these parts, anybody shed any light?

TT-01 Diff assemblies but never seen them in white before! Anyone know more?

Some more shiny bits. The centre blue parts outdrives are bright gold

The random diff looks like a tb evo/II ball diff missing the cap.

Shaft probably from same car or a TB01

Blue hub with shaft is group c

Random bag is from a ta03r trf

Think black diff and shaft are f102

Top carbon deck f103

Middle damper stay ta01/2

Lower damper mount TBevo?

All my TT-01 diffs are white. I didn't know this was unusual. What colour are they normally?

White gears are tt01. Are they not white anymore? I've got 2 and they both have white gears.

The black random diff looks like the hop up ball diff for tt01. Missing a piece though.

Agree with Sven about the ta02 frp damper mount, f103 top deck and ta03 diff bag.

Damper mount in the picture with the blue diff bit with gold outdrives is for the front of a tt01e

Last two carbon mounts tt01e are rears

Not sure about the mount in pic two🤔 definitely front maybe tb evo III!

Prop shaft is aluminium. Standard issue on the TB01 road car that someone has drilled a 2nd hole into.

Sven is right about the ball diff, from the TB Evo or TB01.

That's pretty much my limit. Lol

I think the TB01 shaft must be aftermarket. The second hole is drilled perfectly and is anodized inside as well. Its not the standard silver or the carbon hop up

Think your right, I've a tb evo III shaft but it's thinner and red.

Not seen the 50993 in black thought they were aluminium.

If your interested in selling any of the bits in perticuler the same group c bits let me know 👍

Yep the 50993 is listed as grey and this is actually very dark grey. PM me with the bits you are after.

Little bag with the gold motor plate is TA03. Clean it up and someone will be grateful of that (Not me though, I've spent too much. Well, I guess depends what you want for it ) together with what looks like the majority of a Ball differential assembly too.

That diff surely looks like a tt01 ball diff to me...

True

I've ball diffs in my tb evolution 1 and 2 exactly the same as a tt01 👍

Hop up for tb01/tg10 comes with a steel gear, where as the ball diff supplied in the tb evo 1 and 2 kits come with plastic ring gear.

Tracks look like tiger 1 tracks. Not sure if tamiya or not.

Not Tamiya, I’m sorting my stuff to reduce them and saw I have some Tiger track pieces that how I know they’re not Tamiya.
