Anyone know a good place to get hold of these BC4 Astute screws? I've got one with a rounded head.

There doesn't seem to be anything special about these screws. Just search for M3 countersunk screws with a length of 8mm, there should be plenty of places online (including ebay of course) that have them in stock.

I use a company called Accu.co.uk They have all maner of screws, threaded bar  metric and imperial. conter sunk, cap head, button head. All available in stainless steel and other options like self tapping and thread lock and also available in Black    https://www.accu.co.uk/en/5-precision-screws
