ta05 Tamiya Blue IFS-R Bulkheads

Hi there.

i am trying to locate some discontinued parts. Tamiyaclub I need your assistance.

tamiya cup rules in my area state no aftermarket components can be used, I want to run my TA05 IFS-R, but it has 3racing bulkheads. I’d like to replace them with tamiya. I’ve found the ifs bulkhead that doesn’t have the shock tower placement. Now to find a ta05 bulkhead for the rear.

These do come up on eBay from time to time, and are more readily found that the TA05 version 1 bulkheads, which are mega rare. Here’s a set of the 54019 on a Japanese auction site (via a 3rd party buying service called Jauce) - this might not be the cheapest way of getting a set, but it’s there for buying now: https://www.jauce.com/auction/n456786030

Hi there. So the 54019 part isn’t a major issue to find, eBay has three. I’ve seen them often. It’s the 53990 that I know is going to be a problem. The reason I need it, 019 has no shock tower mounting spot, 990 does. I don’t want ally front bulkhead and composite rear.

I was looking for the same thing - I noticed that 54019 is available at RCJaz, but couldn't find 53990 anywhere so I just kept the regular plastic parts in the end. Still; you're looking at spending £100 to get them both (at RRP)!!

One of the top Google results is another wanted thread on TamiyaClub from about 3 years ago... they didn't have any luck either

I’ve only seen these come up on Japanese auction sites, some new, and plenty used, over the last few years, not seen a single set come up on eBay in that time.
