svenb 3778 Posted October 24, 2020 Appears to be binding on the steering arms. Have you used step screws? Put the washers between the arms and chassis? Any grease? Try slackening them slightly.
svenb 3778 Posted October 24, 2020 Did you use the 3x18mm or by mistake the 3x10mm step screws?

Alexei 547 Posted October 25, 2020 maybe some screw or screws is overtightened? i would disconnect the tierods and feel how the parts moves at the different areas. also check if the front uprights can move freely.
TurnipJF 9192 Posted October 25, 2020 To me it appears that the binding is occurring at the ball joints on the track rods. This can easily happen if the screws holding them in place are done up tightly, as this compresses the plastic balls vertically, causing them to bulge outwards and bind in the track rods. You can try slacking the screws off a little and hope that the balls return to their proper shape, or you can take this opportunity to fit the adjustable track rod set which uses metal balls. 1
Carmine A 2046 Posted October 25, 2020 Agreed!! Obvious binding and stuck joints. The Servo seems to work fine disconnected.... This is why it's suffering. First try loosening everything, too loose, and see what happens. Also, your Servo seems pretty weak. I would look into a more powerful one. There are now quite inexpensive 13-20kg Servos available, that could overcome any binding - if there's any left...
