So I've removed the Ultimate tag from this thread as my pockets are not deep. Lol.

I do think I've everything I want to put into this build.

Will it be a full on fast and furious bewinged orange monster with rear wheels wider then the body?

Nope. Although I am a fan of a huuuuuuuge rear wing.

Just remembered, I still need 2x suspension blocks and the swing shafts 🤣

@Juhunio has done a great job of keeping me supplied with some hard to get parts, including swing shafts and a few bits and bobs.

I think once with got the suspension blocks I can begin the build.

Good Friday shopping has seen a couple of items inbound from eBay and a trip to the LHS saw a purchase of the 1st can of paint for the body - PS16, the rest I need to get.

- PS38  blue coat 1

- PS16 blue coat 2 - Bought

- PS12 backing coat

- PS5 finishing coat

- PS43 for blinkers

- PS37 for taillights

- semi gloss black detailing

Ebay and a fellow TC member have come to aid and have provided the last 2 missing pieces of the build.

When they arrive I can finally make a start on the build.

I should remove "slow" word from my build description :D

Looking forward for build!

So over the last couple of bank holiday weekends I found time to make a start on the build when I had amassed all the parts I wanted for it.

Here we go.

That's the rear suspension mounted.

Couldn't mount the front at the same time. I ran out of 5mm suspension balls.

Thats looking great! Do you have a link to the blue screws?

Thank you. I got them off ebay. They are for the TB Evo 6 MS version. I've looked again just now and can't find any others.

It's at this point I realised I didn't/don't have bearing holders for the front or rear bearings on the propshaft.

Fibrelyte upper deck.

Time for the shocks.

I love these shocks. I've got them on my Ultimate TB01 build and am very happy to see they are standard for this kit.

I don't think the few grams saved makes a difference sat on the shelf  😉
