Do these need to be new, and if not, where are you located?

Can be also not new, the important thing is that they are working and possibly with the mounting plates included.... I'm in Italy... thanks!

Hi, I have a set somewhere, but used. However a New set has just been listed on eBay by a seller in Germany which you might want to grab

thank you! was a bit expensive but I guess this is the cost for a brand new....
