How to install a gyro?

Since i installed a DumboRC Transmitter with an Gyro inside, i decided to install a Gyro in my 2nd scorcher.

 

I purchased that:

The gyro does not much wen i swing the Scorchers Tail, but if i roll the Car the Gyro begins to steer much more.

Is there a proper way for the Gyro to be installed?

There are 2 Potientometers, but i do not have any manual....

I know that a gyro should be mounted as centrally as possible so it can measure the left / right movement.

Thanks a lot for that Video. I didn`t found it with my Youtubesearchabilitys....

 

So i completly mounted it wrong

I munted it flat , but you have to mount it standing up un its Side.
