It took me 4 years from receiving this kit to getting it into this state! I'm happy with the end result though.

My last restore for a while.. this one was a complete mess to rebuild since so many broken parts, broken body, broken driver figure.. but got it at a bargain so can’t complain. :lol: Special thanks to the folks that shared their files to Shapeways. This car is using several such prosthetics I have to say the car drives like new. Smooth as it should.

Will install the usual shovel and axe later.

Just getting back into Tamiya again after a long while away. Saw the SSD body and had to see how it would look on a Thundershot chassis. I think my wheels a bit big though :(

With the addition of the driver figure yesterday evening, my Monster Beetle Black Edition is now complete.

It has had a Kamtec runner shell for a while now, but the original Tamiya one deserved a bit more time and effort, hence having taken a bit longer.

Finished my 2021 Thunder Dragon today! I just added bearings and a torque tuned for now. Its a very fun buggy, I drove on grass and can't wait to take it out to some dirt
