How to vote in competition?

I might be daft and missing something completely obvious... but: How do you vote in the competition?

I'm using Chrome as my browser in case it's some wierd browser-related glitch. I would be expecting to see a 'Vote' button or some such thing.

The voting hasn't been enabled yet, when it is you will see options at the top

How do you vote in this years Competition? It says entries have to be in by the end of the year and that you have to vote to be in with a chance, but it says nothing about "how you vote"...

As above, once voting opens you will open a pic and then the voting options will be there

There will be a notification on the home page saying “Voting Now Open” or words to that affect
