Although I must say that the TA02 line was a great chassis to bash on back then, things have definitely moved on since the early 90's.  For one, I hope they re-release it so that it can handle mild brushless motors much like what Kyosho did with their re-release lines.  If everything stays the same as the original, I really can't much but that even a TT01/TT02 chassis can handle a whole lot better.

It’s much the same. Updated universals to new style. The better alloy diffs. But still need to swap out the alloy gears, pinion.

The car runs and handles really well, much nicer than a tt01B. Some mods are well known know help durability and run 10.5 brushless.

Of people want an out and out basher there are other cars, if they need a modern race buggy there are as well. So it it what it is as they say.

They advertised them as having the new one on quite a few websites too. Bit of a swiz.

Yeah that’s disappointing... I thought the new 04 one looked decent for a pack in esc. Guess they have a ton of those 02s ones to get rid of...
