Original member back when TC started .

Hello all .

Just wanted to pop a post up to see if any original members from when TC started are still about .

I joined from a forum when TC started ( forgotten the forum name aswell) . I had a huge collection ranging from sand scorchers / bruisers , to newer at the time tl01 chassis and many touring cars and Rally cars . Maybe 50 models in all and countless spares .

 

I sold them when I was 20 to fund cars / houses and life lol .

I've decided to start collecting again , I have nothing left which is gutting so after 90s cars such as btcc touring cars , rally cars and so on.

 

Hopefully I'll build back up to what used to have. 

 

Any way I've started a wanted advertised up on the forsale section. Please let me know what people have to sell !

Welcome back . good luck with the collection . I went through selling all my cars and building up a collection again . I've got a larger collection now than back then - strap that wallet down !!  :)

Yes, welcome back.

I think TC had only been going for about a year when I joined? 

I'm member 1721 so it must have been pretty early on.

I too sold off most of my collection of 50+ cars but thankfully I kept my favourite buggies (and a huge stash of parts) and they just went into the attic. Once the kids got old enough we got the cars down, rebuilt them and they have been in pretty frequent use for last ten years by my three daughters and myself 

We are up to 14 operational buggies plus a couple more currently waiting for parts to complete
