I know they say all the tooling is gone but surely if Chinese companies can perfectly clone stuff then Marui can make new tooling? It can be a lot easier and cheaper to make tooling these days too.

I wonder if there will come a time when 3D printing reaches the point where you can easily and cheaply print high quality, strong parts at home as easily as using the microwave. Companies could just sell the files for out of production stuff instead.

I would be all over a Samurai in a hot second. The Zerda does nothing for me personally, but if the price is right I'll probably get one just because. Heck, I've been checking in on Mardave to see if they've got stock of their re-re, so might as well.
