Why do the re release kits say 101BK ESC included but what my Lunchbox and Hornet actually came with is a TBLE-02S? Am I supposed to complete the High point adjustment or is this only done if there’s a problem? Does this adjust the full speed of the ESC and ensure it goes to full speed? I noticed they have a “low voltage cutoff” does this mean when my battery is getting low and I’m ripping around it’ll cut out intermittently? Cause that’s what it was doing. I charged up the NiMH 5000 and that issue seemed to stop. Bear in mind I am running a 20T brushed mtr with this ESC but it states only 25 or higher should be used. I’ve never had a problem till tonight with it cutting out but when I charged the battery like I said it didn’t do it again. Just noticed you can run a Brushless mtr with this esc, would it perform better tho compared to a torque tuned, sport tuned, or even the 20T Dynamite I have in it right now? Sorry lots of questions hope someone has some good insight thanks.

Brushless is always more efficient then brushed. Fact.

the tble02 esc does not feature a low voltage cut off. Just overheat protection I believe.

rhe re-release include a 101 I believe because they are more year correct and model

correct??

No it “doesn’t” seem the Re releases include the 101 they seem to include the TBLS. I found this description & there’s 3 modes of protection. I guess that means when your batteries getting low it could cut out. That’s kind of annoying. Says you can go brushless with the TBLM type motors this ESC was made for. I’m just wondering if someone’s tried this and if the performance is any better than a 25, 23 or 20T brushed type. There is old 5 year old threads on this topic but dont really say if it’s any better, maybe the ESC was newer at that time?..... should be more people that have tried it by now. And I’m wondering about the default settings of the ESC out of the box cause I just installed it and was off to the races, didn’t complete the high point adjustment. Guess I’ll have to and see if there’s any difference.
