Problems posting trade items

Hi all,

Is anyone else having problems posting trade items?

When I add a new Item, I have to do it about 4 or 5 times before it actually apears on my trades screen. However, everytime i try to add an item, the number of trades against my name goes up regardless of whether it can actually be seen. (At the moment The main trades screen shows me as having more than 18 trades, but I only have 5 or six at the moment.
