I did not get it, and I've checked that the mail adress is correct, however, soma mass mails tend to die at the spam control.

I would be very suprised if any systems flagged the mail up as spam. All the emails are sent out individually to one named contact and are sent from a valid email address. There would be nothing in the mail to indicate it was part of a mass mail out.

Yes, I got it in the US. Got thru the very effective spam filter at my ISP, as well as my own spam filter..
