Best tool for making holes in decals?

Just finished my Grasshopper and noticed the the holes for the front screws are covered by the decal

Can anyone point me in the right direction what tool to get for this

Ive seen pics with perfect round results

A sharp hobby knife cutting in a circular motion going to be best bet I think.

I use a body reamer, works well. If you don't have one and can't stomach the price of them check Banggood. I got mine for about NZD7 and it works really well. No need to spend 6 times that if you can wait for shipping

I just use a sharp hobby knife and roll the edge of the blade round the hole.

I use a fresh hobby knife. If it's dull, you'll get tears...probably both types of tears. :D

Definitely a body reamer! I've had mine for 15 years and it's still as sharp as the day I got it👍
