jonboy1 2943 Posted June 22, 2021 I can also confirm the universals fit - done the same mod on my SA. Just need the 3mm inner hub bearings and they fit perfectly.
wtcc5 4900 Posted June 22, 2021 Very strange. When I put it in yesterday without the inner bearing it still was too long... Have to try again then
jonboy1 2943 Posted June 22, 2021 did you change the inner drive hubs? You need to keep the standard ones FWIR as they are shorter
wtcc5 4900 Posted June 22, 2021 No, did not. But I I found the mistake. I left the o-ring in the diff outdrive. This is worth at least 4mm of bone length Now it will fit. Thank you guys for being persistent on this topic.
wtcc5 4900 Posted June 23, 2021 The 5x11x3 bearings arrived and now allowed me to install the universals. They fit perfect (without o-ring)!
Singapore_959 18 Posted June 24, 2021 These are great. I put a whole TTC transmission / gearbox into my King Cab.
wtcc5 4900 Posted June 24, 2021 I did some custom work for @Quincy. He doesn’t trust the Lexan dust cover and I can understand. The thin dust cover of my Team Associated RC10 T2 was a nightmare and practically useless... The one for Quincy will be much stiffer and will have a O-ring seal for the slipper clutch set screw like we know it from the Dyna Blaster/Storm. Additionally it is a little flatter also.
ruebiracer 1046 Posted June 24, 2021 looks like a perfect fit! Great design work!

wtcc5 4900 Posted July 13, 2021 With @Quincy buying the carbon chassis, I couldn’t resist of getting one too for my well used Super Astute with its hard scratched one. The price is so attractive in HongKong In Germany the original parts are available in the shops, but cost 97 Euro, the cfk set just 50 Dollar in HK…
