Cockpit close-up. You can't really see it in my blurred image but the text above the bisected rectangle nearest the driver reads 'Avante'.

I like the cockpit arrow markers like on a fighter jet!

I really wish Tamiya would confirm a few things:

- Is the body pre-painted to clear?
- Is there a proper way to remove the battery?
- What motor is included (if any)?
- What esc is included (if any)?

Three of those have been confirmed.

* Body is not pre-painted

* No motor is included

* No ESC is included

A shame about the lack of motor or ESC given the price.

This is the best mock-up paint job I have seen on it. Give it some Egress wheels & tyres, together with an oversized big wing, then remove the silly fenders and it might actually be reasonably shelf-worthy. Still not convinced though.

Oddly enough @Wandy, I think I have a set salted away. Ordered them in error and thought it was less hassle to keep them rather than return. Funny how these things work out!
