phiber_optik 86 Posted July 17, 2021 Quick question is there any easy way to make an M07 210mm?
berman 5315 Posted July 17, 2021 Yeah racing make a rear upright that moves the back axle even further forward from 225mm to 210mm. Only problem is the rear chassis overhang it creates isn't suitable for short rear bodies like the Mini. https://www.yeahracing.com/aluminum-210mm-225mm-wheelbase-rear-hub-2-pcs-black-for-tamiya-m07-tamc-056bk-00081259
phiber_optik 86 Posted July 17, 2021 I had seen those but I want to throw a phatbody mini shell on to it, so maybe that'll not work. Might be stuck with a M05 when the time comes.

One of the aftermarket mini bodies is mid length... 🤔 Actually, I dont think I should really offer advice on which m-chassis you should buy next 😬

I used an M-08 as I like RWD and for the wheelbase.
berman 5315 Posted July 18, 2021 Maybe it was L&L Models I was thinking of, they do a 225mm Mini body. https://landlmodels.co.uk/collections/m-chassis/products/mini-225mm-m-chassis-body-shell
phiber_optik 86 Posted July 20, 2021 So tonight a choice was made it was neither the M07 or the M05 I was screwing through some local adds and I managed to get an M03 and 2 TL01 Chassis for £15 quid each lol. The M03 looks relatively complete except it's missing the servo saver and steering links. In the next few days it'll be stripped and cleaned. Will do a slow build thread.
