Just an observation... some of the forums are reaching 50+ pages, surely not all of those 500+ topics will still be required?

If they don't keep up much place (wouldn't think so as they are only text) and they dont delay the search, I think we could keep them, remember in Robys board many pretty important topics being deleted by hard- and late- []working mods who of course meant it good, but with the bad also go few goods [] so I had to write the same stuff 3 times...

I remember deleting one topic on the old board that was dear to your heart Theo.......then again - I also remember deleting HUNDREDS of no reply ans useless ones as well,.......more often than not I archived them as well.........[][][][][]

I have a guilty conscience to this day for that one deletion !![:0][][xx(]

Nah, we need newer technology than that...

I'm proposing a system where, when someone types in "how do i get this old VW buggy running for my 8yo nephew" (or similar Q), it'll politely tap their shoulder and remind them to use 'Search'.

Before that fist appears... --> []
