Stabilizer stoppers may help with the play.

Hop up bumper is a nice addition but then again so are the aluminium hubs/steering/knuckles just expensive and quite elusive.

Large washers with screws will hold the stabilizer bar in place 👍

Thanks, what is the part number for these?

Thanks for all the suggestions! It has aluminium knuckle arms that you can’t really see in the pictures. Only a matter of time before I go down the hole of more aluminium!

@GermanTA03Guy Thanks for sharing that article! Interesting about the stabilisers too, I know the primary function wasn’t to reduce the slop but I hoped the ‘tension’ would at least help.

The above are bit tricky to source but there's the option of removing the anodising off of the easily obtainable blue version.

What´s the best way to do that?

Oven pride oven cleaner, just for a few minutes in a pot then rinse with cold water.

Don't leave to long or it can pit the aluminium.

The 49121 have flat on them but shouldn't make much difference

You can put oven cleaner on the blue ones to strip off the annodizing and take back to regular aluminium

Battery and motor changed, some obligatory carbon added. Think this is largely done now… maybe.

What I aspired toward:

What I ended up with:
