having not used the club shop before, i went thro the process for the 1st time at the weekend, looking for lunchbox chrome trees (apparently in stock), filled out the details as requested, but now what??? can someone enlighten me as what to do/expect now??

Within a day or two - Chris will arrange for the postage qoute and finalise everything.

This is how it worked for me anyway!!

Am I still correct Chris[?]

Sure is.

The system is not real time so when we get orders we have to then check against stock (held in a different location) we then reply with a cost including postage.

Normally we try and turn this around in 24hrs, sometimes it takes little longer depending on workload.

If you are desperate email me you order reference number and I'll check up on it for you.
