How to remove flaking paint off a Rally Interiour?

Hello,

 

 

i`ve must used the wrong paint for my Rally Cockpit.

As i wanted to test fit it, the Velcrotape just ripped the paint off.

Now all the Paint is Flaking. What is the best Way to remove the Rest?

What solvent would be the right thing?

 

I thougt of putting a solvent on an then wash that paint off with some running Water....

I did Use a generic black spraypaint can. It wasn't Tamiya branded.

 

Is there any chemical that i could use? What is the active Compound in the mr. Paint Color remover?

 

Is there any sort of sprayable Glue that coud be used and peedled off after Spraying?
