HI GUYS!

Could it be good to create a "database" for scanned decals here at TC.com? I`m sure i`m not the only one that would find it very useful.

Great page anyway!!!!!!!!!!

The problem you will find is that high quality scans will use up a lot of memory. The resources here are limited. and most pictures on the web are 72dpi which is no where the clarity we need for a good reproduction of a decal.

Maybe just have a list of scans that each of us have stored rather than actually uploading them to the site.

Then we could contact that person if we need them.

I would go to a local firm that are into lettering and advertising. They have the skills and the machinery to get it done right. I`m sure you will find somebody at your place to do it too.[:)]

I think the idea of a database or registry, if you will, of whom has what decals scanned might just be a great idea.

Chris, in lieu of hosting the actual scans, how hard would it be to add a list on the main TC web site of whom has what.

I can see a couple of issues arrising but not sure how I want to comment on them just yet.

What would you print them on to though? Does anyone know a print medium good for decals?
