Best Chassis for Lunchbox "Street Van"

I recently picked up a Midnight Pumpkin Lowride thinking it would be the right chassis for a lunchbox street van build but I was way off. First the rear end is too long as the Van body ends abruptly after the rear wheel well, and the motor chassis on the MPL gets in the way of the van body. Next the body was just too narrow for the MPL chassis.

Do you think an M02 chassis would be a good fit? Looks like the wheelbase is right at around 210mm. Also its a RWD car (which I want) and the length ends right after the rear wheel which looks like it'd be ideal for the Van body.

Anybody already built one and have advice?

Myself I've used the original Porsche 956 1:12 chassis with the Lunchbox no problem.
